Support Geeks is a US Based company (founded in the San Francisco Bay Area), and we use remote support tools like Zoom to help us effectively communicate and triage any problems you may be having with your technology. We are not camera shy and we are only a phone call away if you'd prefer to start on the telephone.
Educated and Experienced Support Resources
As of 2023, our average consultant has over 10 years of support experience and at least five years knowledge of real estate tech support. We know what we're doing and how to get you up and running as quickly as possible. Best of all, we're a team and all resources are available to you all the time, so if one of us doesn't know, we don't hesitate to bring up someone else to help.
