Remote Support Starting with Zoom
Support Geeks is a US Based company (founded in the San Francisco Bay Area), and we use remote support tools like Zoom to help us effectively communicate and triage any problems you may be having with your technology. We are not camera shy and we are only a phone call away if you'd prefer to start on the telephone.Educated and Experienced Support Resources
As of 2023, our average consultant has over 10 years of support experience and at least five years knowledge of real estate tech support. We know what we're doing and how to get you up and running as quickly as possible. for Quality On-Demand Tech Support
Simple, clear pricing so you know up front what to expect.
$90/Hour
- During normal working hours from 7:00AM -7:00PM PST.
- First hour is charged at $90/hour, minimum one hour. Each additional hour is $75/hour billed in 20 minute increments.
for Quality, After-Hours Tech Support
Call us day or night. We have US-based techs available to help you anytime day or night.
$125/Hour
- Billed during hours between 7:00PM and 7:00AM PST, and weekends.
- After hours support can be scheduled ahead of time for technical and marketing projects. Pre-scheduled after hours support can be eligible for a 10% discount. Contact us for details.
Options Available
for agents, teams, brokerages and companies looking to have an allocated rep available for projects and longer-term commitments. You decide on the number of hours you want each month and we provide the service you need.
