These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://supportgeeks.com (the "Site"), operated by Support Geeks, Inc. ("Support Geeks," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Our services
The Site provides information about our technology, marketing, social media, and business support services, lets you request or book a consultation, and links to products we have built. Booking a consultation is a request to meet; it does not create a contract for services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not: interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; scrape, harvest, or misuse data; submit false information or another person's information without permission; or use the Site to send spam or malicious code.

When you book a consultation, you agree to provide accurate information. To confirm on-site bookings we send a one-time verification code by SMS; by providing your number you consent to receive it (see our Privacy Policy). We may contact you by email, phone, or text about your request.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by Support Geeks or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the Site for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

The Site links to other websites and to products we operate. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your use of any third-party site or product is subject to that party's own terms and policies.
